Description: Providing faculty, staff, and students at Indiana University at Bloomington with Macintosh solutions. Activities included demonstrating Apple products, acting as a channel of communication between users/potential users and Apple Computer, Inc., and troubleshooting and consulting for faculty.

IU Bookstore Computer Connection Clerk: 6/2000–8/2000

Description: Providing sales solutions to customers at Indiana University. Responsibilities included maintaining demonstration machines, interacting with customers, and familiarizing myself with all available hardware and software in the store.
